How does it work?
Set your preferred pickup day and time window. We drop off a reusable laundry bag. On pickup day, leave it at your door. Washed, dried, and folded to your preferences with your chosen detergent. Clean clothes returned to your door within 24 hours, neatly folded.
What if my laundry is over the weight limit?
No problem — extra weight is charged at $1.50/lb. You’ll be notified before we process anything over your plan limit.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Just skip through the app or by texting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup — no charge.
What if I have delicate items or special care needs?
Add a note to your bag or your account profile. We read every note before processing and flag items that need hand washing or special handling.
